Dinevate vs GloriaFood
Dinevate is one system that runs your website, your online ordering, your branded app, your AI phone line and your in-store register on one menu and one customer record. GloriaFood is closed to new signups, and Oracle's own end-of-service date is March 31, 2027.
Everything on one system
Website orders, app orders, phone orders and counter orders run through the same pipeline and land on the same kitchen screen.
Ordering like a chain app
Each menu category opens as its own fast page, with half-and-half pizzas, topping prices that follow the size, and Light, Extra or On the Side.
Your menu on your website
Today your dishes sit inside a hosted widget Google is told not to read; with us they become real pages on your own domain.
What it actually costs
$499 one-time onboarding, a set price, then an ongoing arrangement with no contract; reservations, Voice AI, Catering Pro and Social Media Pro are add-ons.
This is the ordering your guests get
Not a mockup — your menu, on your own domain and in your own branded app, with the checkout guests already know from the national chains.

- Its own page, not a scroll position
- Note the “Menu / Pizza” breadcrumb. Each category is a routed, prefetched page — so it opens instantly and Google can index it on its own.
- Options built for real menus
- Size marked Required, Toppings marked Optional, each with its own price. Half-and-half placement and size-aware topping pricing work the same way.
- The same thing on a phone
- The phone is the primary layout, not a shrunken desktop — and the same menu drives your branded app, the AI phone line and your register.
Choose Dinevate if…
You'd rather the shutdown became an upgrade: one system across website, app, phone and counter, ordering with real depth, and full local articles published on your own domain, set up and run for you instead of rebuilt by you.
Choose GloriaFood if…
You are already on the free GloriaFood core, you have no budget to move this year, and you would rather run it out to March 31, 2027 before deciding where to go next.

What is GloriaFood?
GloriaFood is an Oracle-owned online ordering product built around a widget a restaurant embeds on its own website. The core is free: no commission, no monthly fee, and no cap on orders or locations. Paid pieces sit on top of it: a POS at $49 per month per location on an explicit two-year commitment, online payments at $29 per month, advanced promotion marketing at $19 per month, and reservation deposits at $0.50 per guest. It is closed to new signups, and Oracle's Food and Beverage page states full end of service on March 31, 2027. The ordering menu itself is not part of your website's own pages: it is served inside a frame from foodbooking.com, marked noindex, nofollow so Google will not index it.
What is Dinevate?
Dinevate is one restaurant operating system, not a website with ordering bolted onto it. Website checkout, your branded mobile app, the AI phone agent and the in-store register all call the same order function, so the tax logic, the discount validation, the duplicate guard, the confirmation email and the printing cannot drift between channels, and every order, whichever door it came through, lands on one kitchen screen with no separate "AI orders" inbox to check. One menu record feeds the website, the app, what the AI says on the phone and the register, so you price a dish once. One customer record covers all of it: the phone AI recognises a returning caller by number against the same account your website uses, and a first-time caller becomes a customer record automatically, on the same list your email marketing sends to. Because the channel is stamped on every order, your dashboard draws a single "How Customers Order" breakdown across website, app, phone and counter, which a vendor running a website beside an ordering widget cannot draw. Commercially: $499 one-time onboarding, a set price, covering your website, online ordering, loyalty, local SEO, email marketing and the Order Manager tablet, which is loaned and remains Dinevate property. Your branded iPhone and Android app is included too, with no separate app subscription. After launch there is an ongoing arrangement, either a per-order service fee or a flat monthly, whichever fits your restaurant, with no contract and no cancellation penalty. Four products are add-ons with their own subscriptions: reservations, Dinevate Voice AI, Catering Pro and Social Media Pro. Dinevate Delivery is not a subscription at all: it is the delivery itself, paid per delivery, with 100% of the tip going to the driver.
Why restaurants choose Dinevate over GloriaFood
One system, not a widget on a website
Most vendors sell a website and an ordering page, then bolt on a phone product, an app and a register. In Dinevate your website checkout, your branded app, the AI phone line and the front counter all place the same kind of order, land on the same tablet, and read the same menu and the same customer. So a caller the AI recognises is the same person your website already knows, with the same saved addresses, and that phone order quietly joins the list your email marketing sends to.
Ordering built like a chain app
Almost every ordering platform in this category puts the whole menu on one long page and gives you a link that jumps you down it. Dinevate gives each category its own page, loaded before the guest even taps it, and Google can read each one on its own. Inside an item, guests build half-and-half pizzas on a picture of the pie, topping prices follow the size they picked, every ingredient can be Light, Normal, Extra or On the Side, and a regular rebuilds a whole past order, every modifier included, in one tap.
Your menu ends up on your own website
On GloriaFood your dish names and prices live inside a hosted frame that Google is told not to read, so as far as search is concerned they have never been part of your site. With Dinevate every category and every dish is a real page on your own domain, and we write 10 to 16 full local articles from your actual menu, hours, delivery times and current deals. We stop there on purpose, because bulk near-identical pages get treated as spam, and we register and verify your site in Google Search Console so you can see what each page earned.
The move is the part we do
Changing platforms is where restaurants lose rankings, so we handle it: real redirects from your old URLs, honest 404s for pages that should be gone, your sitemap submitted to Google, and your customer list imported. Onboarding is $499, one time, a set price; after launch you are on an ongoing arrangement, a per-order service fee or a flat monthly, and reservations, Voice AI, Catering Pro and Social Media Pro are add-ons with their own subscriptions. There is no contract and no cancellation penalty, and we would rather tell you about the ongoing part here than in month two.

Most vendors sell a website and an ordering page, then bolt on the rest. In Dinevate they were never separate.
Your website, your online ordering, your branded app, the AI that answers your phone and the register at your counter all run on one menu, one order pipeline and one customer record. That is not a longer feature list — it is a different architecture, and it is what a website-plus-ordering vendor cannot copy without rebuilding.
One order pipeline, whichever door it came through
A website order, an order from your branded app, an order the AI took on the phone, and an order rung up at the counter are the same kind of order in the same system — same tax logic, same discounts, same duplicate protection, same confirmation. Nothing drifts between channels because there is no second channel to drift from.
One screen in the kitchen
Every order lands on the same Order Manager tablet and the same printer flow. A phone order looks exactly like a website order to your staff. There is no separate inbox to remember to check.
One menu behind every surface
The same menu drives your website, your app, what the AI says on the phone, the in-store register, and your Google food-ordering feeds. You price a dish once and it is priced everywhere.
One customer, however they reached you
When a regular calls, the AI recognizes the number against the same customer account the website uses — their name, their saved addresses. A caller who has never touched your website becomes a customer record with the order attached, and that record is the audience your email marketing already uses.
One list for reservations, one pipeline for catering
Bookings from the website, the app, the phone and the walk-in podium are a single list synced to the tablet. Catering inquiries taken on a call land in the same pipeline as the ones from your website form.
One chart a bolted-together stack cannot draw
Because the channel is recorded on every order, your dashboard shows one breakdown of how your customers actually order — website, app, phone, in-store — side by side. Vendors running separate systems for each channel have no single place that number exists.
And the ordering itself is built like a chain app
This is the part guests feel. Your regulars already know how the big chains order — Dinevate holds your menu to that standard.
Each category is its own page, not a scroll position
Most ordering platforms render your whole menu as one long document and give guests a jump-link to scroll inside it. Dinevate gives every category its own page, prefetched the moment the menu loads so it opens instantly — and individually indexable by Google. It behaves like an app and it ranks like a website.
Customization built for real menus
Half-and-half pizza with visual placement on the pie. Topping prices that follow the size automatically. Light, Normal, Extra or On the Side per ingredient. Required picks, pick-three budgets, nested sub-groups, and “these come included — tap to remove what you don’t want.”
Nobody gets stuck at the Add button
Miss a required choice and the button tells you so, then scrolls you straight to the group you missed and highlights it. The running price updates live on the button as you build the item.
Suggestions from your own order history
After an item is added, the suggestions that appear are computed from what your customers actually buy together, refreshed weekly — not a generic upsell list. Popular Combinations applies an entire proven build, every option included, in one tap.
Reorder that actually rebuilds the order
One tap rebuilds a past order with every modifier and special request intact. Favorites remember the exact options, not just the dish.
A checkout that does not lose people
Apple Pay and Google Pay where the processor supports them, saved cards, and guest checkout with no account wall. Four steps that collapse as you finish them, the order summary first on a phone, address autocomplete with a confirmation step, and honest longer wait times shown before the guest commits.

How Dinevate Delivery worksFrequently asked questions
- When exactly does GloriaFood stop working?
- March 31, 2027. That is Oracle's own end-of-service date on its Food and Beverage page, and it is the date to plan your migration around. Later dates circulating on third-party blogs are not Oracle's and should not be used for planning.
- Can I still sign up for GloriaFood?
- No. GloriaFood's own site states it is no longer accepting new signups. Worth knowing before you sign anything: the paid POS is still sold at $49 per month per location on an explicit two-year commitment, a term that runs past the March 31, 2027 end-of-service date.
- What does Dinevate cost?
- $499 one-time onboarding, a set price, the same for everyone. It covers your website, online ordering, loyalty, local SEO, email marketing and the Order Manager tablet, which is loaned and remains Dinevate property, and your branded iPhone and Android app is included at no separate price. After launch you are on an ongoing arrangement: either a per-order service fee or a flat monthly, whichever fits your restaurant. There is no contract and no cancellation penalty, but there is an ongoing cost and we will not tell you otherwise. Four products are add-ons with their own subscriptions: reservations, Dinevate Voice AI, Catering Pro and Social Media Pro. Pro Photo Service ($99), receipt printers ($299 each), kitchen displays ($249 each) and SEO tier upgrades (+$399 or +$999) are separate one-time items at signup. Dinevate Delivery is not a subscription at all: you pay per delivery, only when you use it, and 100% of the tip goes to the driver.
- Will I lose my Google rankings when I move?
- We migrate the URLs properly: real 301 redirects from your old provider's URL shapes, genuine 410s for pages that should be gone, canonical URLs that resolve to your own domain, and a per-tenant sitemap built live from your database. Then we add your property in Search Console, place the DNS TXT record, verify it and submit that sitemap, and a daily job writes your website, menu link and "Order online" action back to your Google Business Profile. In your case there is an unusual upside: because your GloriaFood menu lived in a noindexed frame on foodbooking.com, your dishes were never indexed on your own domain to begin with, so after the move they exist as readable pages for the first time.
- How many local pages do I get, and why not more?
- 10 to 16 for a single-location restaurant; 4 to 8 per location plus a few brand pages for a group. The cap is deliberate, because bulk near-duplicate pages read as doorway spam, so generic "cheap X near me" and "X coupons" permutations are banned outright in our own page planner, and the planner is told which pages already exist so new ones complement your live pages instead of cannibalising them. We hold ourselves to it: on 2026-08-05 we audited 51 merchant properties against Search Console, found 85% of our old page inventory had earned zero clicks in 90 days, and deleted 8,252 pages across 47 restaurants with a full row-level backup and no measured clicks lost. Every page that stays is written in full from your live menu, real addresses, real hours and current deals, and we show you what each individual page earned in Search Console.
- Does Dinevate answer the phone?
- Dinevate Voice AI is available as an add-on, priced separately: a commission on the orders it takes plus a $200/month account minimum. It is not part of the $499. It answers in English around the clock, takes the whole order from your real menu with sizes and modifiers, answers menu questions, and can book reservations and capture catering leads where you have those turned on, transferring to a person when the caller asks. Card payment is a secure link texted to the caller rather than a number read out over the phone, and you get a full transcript of every call. Those orders land on the same kitchen screen as your website orders, so there is no separate AI inbox to watch.
